Daniel Myers discusses his interactions with anesthesia providers in different clinical sites and some funny stories that came out of it. He also talks about locum companies' strategies to get providers' information and how to decrease their rate of reach, including requesting to be removed from their communication lists. He also shares his company's unique and revolutionary process of sourcing candidates and how they do not blow up CRNAs' phones or emails with mailing lists or excessive advertising.

Daniel Myers is the Director of Recruitment for CRH Anesthesia and CRH Medical. Prior to joining the team, he had a career in recruitment and operations working for two different companies. He manages both strategy and process as it relates to recruitment and anesthesia staffing in over 18 states. He has an undergraduate degree from Salt Lake City, Utah, and currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee. He also has a wife and five children all under the age of six.
